The original name of this building was "Tenement under the Golden Scissors." The building is equipped with a lift and an electronic access control system.

The apartment has double bed. The dining- leisure area equipped with table and chairs, well-equipped kitchenette and a private bathroom with a shower. The apartment has a flat screen TV and permanent access to the Internet.

In the apartment is possible to add a travel cot for a child under 3 years.
