RULES
  1. The hotel day is from 3 p.m. until 11 a.m. of the next day.
  2. Payment must be paid on arrival day when you receive the reservation.
  3. The basis for check-in is an identification with photo showed to the owner and signing of a registration card.
  4. Property Apart reserves the right to refuse to accept a guest, who:
    • holds no valid identity card or who does not want to show a document
    • is under the influence of alcohol or other drugs,
    • on the previous visit he/she grossly violated the applicable Rules.
  5. In the absence of payment for the rented apartment the owner has the right to terminate the service with immediate effect.
  6. Deposits and the amount paid for the stay are non-refundable. You can use the amount paid for stay at another time, agreed earlier with the owner, if any apartments are available.
  7. In the case of leaving before the checkout time, the Customer is not entitled to get back the amount paid for unused accommodation period.
  8. Any damages in the rooms must be reported to the owner on arrival. No such reports shall mean that here are no existing faults and damages in the room.
  9. Behavior of customers and other people can not interfere a peaceful stay of other guests or neighbors. Any private parties in the apartment are prohibited. In case of violation of the Rules, the Owner reserves the right to call the Police or the Municipal Police and the customer, who breaches the Rules must immediately leave the room and pay the penalty of 1000 PLN.
  10.  The apartment guests are kindly asked to respect quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. During this time, any not-registered persons can stay in the apartment. Guests, who violate this principle may be asked to leave the apartment.
  11. If more people are booked than declared in the reservation, the facility has the right to charge guests an additional fee for unregistered persons. In the event of non-payment, the property has the right to require the Guest to immediately check out without refund of the reservation.
  12. It is prohibited to keep any animals in the apartment.
  13. Property Apart reserves the right to change the apartment with similar standard or change the location in the event of emergencies and unforeseen circumstances (e.g. utility failure, no Internet, damage of equipment).
  14. It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment. If you violate this principle, the Owner will impose a fine of 500 PLN
  15. Guests are required to properly secure the apartment, i.e. close and lock the door and windows whenever they leave it and to keep keys with no access to outsiders. It is prohibited to take out any objects belonging  to the apartment.
  16. If during the stay in the apartment, any object or part of the equipment shall be damaged or lost because of the Guest’s fault, the owner has the right to collect money from Guest to cover such losses. This also applies to hotel bedding or towels being soiled in a way that makes it impossible to wash them. If the guest does not pay for such losses/damages before leaving the apartment, the Guest authorizes the owner to charge his/her credit card with the amount necessary for removing of damages.
  17. Booking and beginning to use of the apartment means the acceptance of this Rules.
  18. Complaints handling can be submitted by email to: wroclaw@propertyapart.com. Complaint processing time is 14 working days from the date of receipt of the application.
